Match Up Communication Events is a global entertainment and communication agency specializing specializing in the design and execution of impactful events worldwide.

It was founded in 2015 from the intuition of Carlotta Bernabò di Negro and Valentina Sartorio, who chose Milan as the headquarters of the newborn agency.

In a world increasingly shaped by big data, Match Up values human connection prioritizing client dialogue to create bespoke strategies aligned with each brand’s mission and values.

Two different personalities

Carlotta and Valentina met while working for the same events company in Milan, where develop their professional and personal skills. Despite their different personalities, they complement each other perfectly.

Valentina

Valentina, Communication Director, has developed over the years a deep focus on the evolution of communication trends. Her expertise has led her to conduct training courses on the subject at prestigious institutions such as the Brera Academy and the IED in Milan.

Naturally creative, she brings a personal and distinctive touch to every event.
